L'ANSM a été informée de la mise en œuvre d'une action de sécurité effectuée par la société WINNCARE Spain concernant les lève-personne mobiles Winn'Motion 150 et 175. Cette action de sécurité est enregistrée à l'ANSM sous le n°R2613339
La CNEDIMTS a publié le 11 juin 2026 un avis suffisant à la demande d'inscription sur la liste des produits et prestations prévue à l'article L.165-1 du code de la sécurité sociale d'une paire de roues pour fauteuil roulant manuel avec dispositif de freinage intégré SKEED de la société EPPUR.
Suite à la publication d'un avis de projet au JO du 9 décembre 2025, relatif aux modifications des modalités d'inscription des pieds à restitution d'énergie, la HAS a publié, le 16 juin 2026, une phase contradictoire.
L'arrêté du 11 juin 2026 porte modification des conditions d'inscription du fauteuil roulant électrique monte-marches TOPCHAIR-S de la société LOGOSILVER, inscrit au titre IV de la liste des produits et prestations remboursables prévue à l'article L. 165-1 du code de la sécurité sociale. Cet arrêté est accompagné d'un avis de tarification.
